We create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the wisdom that's always been here.
Mental wellbeing doesn't begin when someone reaches a breaking point — it begins in the everyday moments that help us feel safe, connected, supported, and understood. Our goal: to make wellbeing accessible, culturally relevant, and part of everyday life.
How we work
Everything we do is built aroundthree connected approaches.
Making wellbeing accessible
Great wellbeing shouldn't depend onwhere you live or how much you earn.
- We go where people already are.
- Rather than expecting people to find us, we bring wellbeing into the spaces they already trust — homes, festivals, institutions, workplaces, community organisations, public spaces, and nature. Meeting people where they are helps remove barriers and makes care feel more familiar.
- We make care more affordable.
- Quality wellbeing support shouldn't be a luxury. Our partnership model allows revenue from funded programmes and corporate partnerships to help subsidise free and low-cost community experiences. Affordability is built into how we work.
- We help normalise care.
- Mental wellbeing shouldn't only become a conversation during moments of crisis. We're working towards a future where checking in on your emotional wellbeing feels just as normal as exercising, eating well, or visiting a doctor.

Meeting people at every stage of their wellbeing journey
Who we serve
Wellbeing belongs to everyone.
Most of the people we work with aren't in crisis. They're simply carrying more than they should have to carry alone.
- Young people navigating an uncertain future.
- Professionals balancing demanding careers and personal responsibilities.
- Parents and caregivers supporting everyone else before themselves.
- Community leaders carrying the weight of those they serve.
- Organisations looking to build healthier workplaces.
- Communities seeking spaces for connection, healing, and hope.
Our work begins in Nairobi and extends across Kenya, with a long-term vision of contributing to healthier communities across Africa — because everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and belong.
Roadmap
Where we're headed
A society where collective care is practiced, not just preached.
Bring wellbeing into the spaces you steward.
We co-design programmes with institutions, workplaces, festivals, and community spaces.
